When we came in to have our cat checked because he cannot pee for 2 days, they made us weigh him, (From my experience usually the assistant or anyone there would be the one to weigh the animal) which is, first, weird. But nevermind because we came in to have my cat checked. Then after that they made us fill out a information thing which we did. After that, a customer came out from the clinic area or something like that. Then a vet followed, after that they talked for a few minutes. A few minutes turned to almost an hiur of talking, just talking about the weather, the customer’s past pets, while ignoring us. Very bad customer service by the way. The assitant didnt even tell her that we were waiting for someone to check our cat. Very unprofessional.
January 19, 2026 9:32 pmNext time, make sure that your vet knows how to keep conversations short, cut down unnecessary topics and go straight to the point. Because there might be a patient needing more care than the conversation youre having.
