This policy applies specifically to paid directory listing plans on islecebu.com. Because directory listings are digital services activated immediately upon payment, they differ from physical product returns. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

To submit a refund request, email us with the following details:
Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
For auto-renewing listing plans, refunds on renewal charges may be requested within 48 hours of the renewal date, provided the renewed listing period has not been actively used.
After 48 hours, the renewal is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.
If you believe your refund was unfairly denied, you may escalate by emailing us with supporting evidence. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
